  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (Singapore): 2-5 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 7-14 business days
  • USA & Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15-25 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and external factors such as customs delays or holidays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your package on the carrier’s website.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • AphroClean is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aphroclean.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
